Returns Policy

At MotorOpt Automotives, we are committed to your satisfaction with our top-branded and aftermarket auto parts & accessories. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or replace your auto parts & accessories. This policy outlines the guidelines for processing returns and replacements.

Returns:

  • You may return unopened and unused auto parts within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund from the date you received them.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the auto parts.
  • Once we receive the returned items in their original packaging and condition, we will process your refund within 30 business days.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All electrical & other items returned will be charged a 25% return/restock fee.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items unless the return is due to an error on MotorOpt’s part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.). This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs associated with returned inventory.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • We reserve the right to deny returns for items that are not in their original condition, opened, used, or missing parts.

Replacements:

  • We will replace wiper blades that are defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing issues.
  • To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant pictures or videos.
  • Once we verify the defect, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Core Charge Return Policy

Customer is responsible for any shipping charges accrued to sending the core back. A refund will be applied after we have received and inspected the core.

In order for a core to be accepted for a refund, it MUST meet the following criteria:

  • The part must be sent back in the original box 
  • The part must be the original OEM part.  You cannot send in a part from a different model, make, or year. 
  • No external damage to the housing/part. 

The core must be returned within 30 days of delivery of your replacement part.

Warranty:

  • Our auto parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects. The warranty period may vary depending on the brand and type of auto parts.
  • Please refer to the warranty information included with your auto parts purchase for specific details.
